Human Resources

People, positions, time and leave in one register.

Employees and employment, org chart, positions and departments, daily and monthly timesheets, attendance, leave plans and balances.

HR keeps the master data that payroll, timesheets and approvals depend on: employees, their employment records (including external and sub-contracted staff), positions, departments and an org chart that is generated from them rather than drawn by hand.

Time is captured where it happens. Daily and monthly timesheets, QR-code attendance from the mobile app and leave requests feed the same calendar, so payroll always starts from what actually happened.

FAQ

Common questions about Human Resources

Can one person work for several companies in the group?

Yes. A user is global to the holding and can be granted access to any number of companies; employment records belong to the company that employs them.

How does attendance work?

Each site or office has a QR code. Employees scan it in the mobile app to check in and out, and the scan, time and GPS position are stored on the attendance record.
