Sales & Pricing

Price lists, formulas and invoices that agree with each other.

Sales invoices, credit and debit notes, sales and purchase price lists, bundles, price formulas, agreements and a price simulator.

Pricing in Portal is a rules engine, not a spreadsheet. Price lists are organised into sets, prices can be fixed or computed by a typed formula, agreements override lists for specific partners, and a simulator shows exactly which rule produced a price before you commit to it.

Sales invoices, credit notes and debit notes use the same tax engine as purchasing, so VAT and withholding are determined consistently on both sides of the ledger.

FAQ

Common questions about Sales & Pricing

Can we have different prices per customer group?

Yes. Price list sets and partner agreements let you maintain one base list and layer customer- or group-specific prices on top.

How do we check why a price was applied?

The price simulator resolves a price for any partner, item, quantity and date and explains which list, agreement or formula won.
