Privacy note
What this website collects, why, and for how long.
Contact and demo requests
When you submit the contact form we store the details you enter (name, email address, company, phone number and your message) together with the time of the request, the page you sent it from and your network address. We use this information only to answer your request and, if you ask for a demo, to arrange and follow up on it. Requests are kept for as long as the conversation is open and deleted afterwards on request.
Cookies and local storage
The public pages of this site set no cookies. Your theme preference (light, dark or system) is kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to us. The administration area, which is only used by the people who maintain this site, sets a session cookie after signing in.
Analytics and third parties
This site does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and all other assets are served from this domain.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you and to correct or delete it. Use the contact form.
Portal, the product
Portal itself is self-hosted software: it runs on your own servers and the data you manage in it stays with you. This note covers only this public website.
